Each item is handmade to order. Our average production time is 3-6 weeks, including the time to ship to you. Some pieces can be sent quicker! When your order is ready we will ship it using a tracked and insured postal service. You will receive a dispatch notification from us to let you know it’s on its way to you.

Shopping from outside of EU?
The following information is for our customers living in countries that are not part of the European Union.
Your countrys tax costs will automatically be deducted from the total price in your shopping cart, then it is up to the transport company that is delivering your jewelry to work out how much you have to pay in customs duty, VAT and any other taxes. They will send you an invoice once the package is sent.
Always check your country's government website regarding rules and fees regarding importing goods so that you don’t get surprised by any customs fees.
Can I refund my payment? Yes, you can receive a refund of your payment up to 14 days after you received your new jewelry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Engraved items, gift cards, shipping and engraving costs can not be refunded.

My new jewelry looks damaged? Each item is handcrafted and therefore unique. There may be slight imperfections that make up the personality of each piece. However, in the unlikely event your item has a production defect, we are here and ready to help you. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you feel that your item has some kind of defect. After 24 hours, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
My ring does not fit me, how can I get it resized?
If your ring does not fit, you can return it to us and we will resize it for you free of charge within 60 days of receiving it. You will need to pay online for the cost of shipping, when we send it back to you. Use this link for shipping within Sweden and this one for shipping abroad. Please note that we will charge a fee for resizing your ring after 60 days.

Silver rings with stone - 800 SEK
Plain silver rings - 200 SEK

Who is responsible for shipping a return item? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Who is responsible if a return item goes missing? We do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. We therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
I have returned the item, what happens next? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
The refund is not yet showing in my account? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
