Each item is handmade to order. Our average production time is 3-5 weeks, including the time to ship to you.
We will ship your order when it is ready, using a tracked postal service. You will receive a dispatch notification from us to let you know it’s on its way to you.

How do I know if my item is damaged? Each item is handcrafted and therefore unique. There may be slight imperfections that make up the personality of each piece. However, in the unlikely event your item has a production defect, we are here and ready to help you.
Can I refund my payment? You can receive a refund of your payment up to 14 days after you received your new jewelry.
How can I return an item? You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, that something is wrong with your item and you wish to return it. After 24 hours, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned and/or refunded.

My ring does not fit me, how can I get it resized? If your ring does not fit, you can return it to us and we will resize it for you free of charge. You will need to pay online for the cost of shipping, when we send it back to you.
You must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the ring to be eligible for a free resizing. To commence a return, please email email@example.com with the subject heading: Resize Return
Where should I send my returned items? You should post your item using priority tracked shipping only to:

You should also include a note and copy of your order email, proof of purchase and contact details.
Who is responsible for shipping a return item? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Who is responsible if a return item goes missing? We do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. We therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
I have returned the item, what happens next? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
The refund is not yet showing in my account? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
