Shipping & Returns

Each item is handmade to order, with an average production time of 5-7 weeks, including crafting and delivery. Some pieces may ship sooner if they’re already made. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number to follow its journey.

If you're in Stockholm, you can opt for Click & Collect at our store.

Shipping rates (as of 05/2026):

  • Sweden: Free for orders over 7000 SEK; 150 SEK for orders under 7000 SEK; 850 SEK for Express

  • Rest of the world: Free for orders over 10.000 SEK; 250 SEK for orders under 10.000 SEK with local postal service; 850 SEK for insured with DHL

  • Click & Collect in store: Free

Shopping outside the EU?
Tax costs are automatically deducted in your cart. The delivery company will handle customs duties, VAT, and other taxes, sending you an invoice once your package ships. Be sure to check your country’s import rules to avoid surprises.

Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Gift cards, shipping, and engraving costs are non-refundable.

My item is damaged—what should I do?
Since each piece is handmade, slight imperfections may occur, adding to the uniqueness of your jewelry. If you find a production defect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you.
