Shipping
All items are handmade to order. Our average production time is 5-7 weeks, including shipping. Some pieces may ship sooner. Once your order is ready, we'll ship it using a tracked and insured service, and you’ll receive a dispatch notification.
If you're near Stockholm, you can opt for Click & Collect at our store.

Shipping carriers: Postnord, FedEx, and DHL.
Insurance: Yes, all shipments are fully insured from the moment they leave us until they reach you. If you have any delivery issues, contact us, and we’ll help.

Sweden: Free for orders over 5000 SEK; 89 SEK for orders under 5000 SEK

Shopping from outside the EU?
If you’re shopping from outside the EU, your country’s tax costs will be deducted from your cart total. The delivery company will handle customs duty, VAT, and other taxes and will invoice you once the package ships. Please check your country’s import rules to avoid surprises.
Returns
Can I refund my payment?
Yes, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your jewelry. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Engraved items, gift cards, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Include a note with your order email or proof of purchase, and your contact details.
We recommend using a trackable service and shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for any lost return shipments.
What happens after I return an item?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
