Email us some photos of your jewelry along with your receipt or order confirmation.
Let us know which new piece you’re interested in.
We’ll appraise your jewelry, taking its condition into account, and get back to you with the credit amount based on our percentage calculations.
As soon as you've accepted the amount of credits we offer, you're ready to shop for your new favorites! We’ll take care of selling your old piece—no need to wait for it to sell; that's our part of the circle. It’s a great way to refresh your collection and contribute to sustainable fashion!

How To Shop Pre-Loved Jewelry:
Explore our pre-loved pieces, lovingly restored by our goldsmiths and available at a lower price, making them a extra sustainable choice. Browse them online with detailed condition info or visit our shop to see them in person. Sizes are listed for each product, and resizing is available for a small fee depending on the design.
