What's up team Caroline Hjerpe? Pt.2
Time for part two of our little team update and today we're moving further up North to hear more about the exciting things have been (and will be) happening on our Stockholm base on Södermalm. Oh and get comfy, we're quite a few people in our Stockholm team these days.
What's up... Caroline? What are your current favorite pieces? 
"What I wear everyday, when it comes to jewelry, is A LOT . So I won’t even try to explain my thoughts behind every piece BUT my favorites at the moment are…Uh, no I can’t choose. I’ll just give you some pictures of what I’m wearing right now.”
“And I’m so so happy to be back after a year of maternity leave! Well, it’s also very hard parting from my one year old daughter every morning, but I’ve missed spending time in our workshop, making jewelry and being creative. It’s very exciting to come back with new ideas and new designs, and at the same time it's a very challenging time with lots of changes in our company - new lovely colleagues coming in and other lovely colleagues going on maternity leave."
What's up... Isabella? What jewelry will you be wearing this summer?
"I'm feeling really good at the moment, it's so lovely that summer has finally begun in Stockholm. This season I hope to see many colorful stones on peoples hands! My favorite pieces at the moment are the double Bonbons with bright and colorful sapphires. How perfect aren't these for summer?"
What's up... Anna? What are you up to this summer?
"Well, the best time of the year, also known as the period between hägg and syrén, is finally here! All Swedes can surely relate. This summer I will visit both Italy and Germany, but also spend some time at my mom's house on Öland. I'm also looking forward to enjoying summer here in Stockholm! It's so luxurious that you can swim and enjoy nature while still having the perks of city life."
"As the expression goes, I'm an old fox when it comes to working here. I'm the one among us who has been here the longest. Except for Caroline herself, of course! Which says a lot about how much I enjoy it! My favorite pieces of jewelry in the store right now are Golden Mikaela and Golden Wilma. One of them will most likely be my next purchase!"
What's up... Tanner?
"It’s been one long month since I went on pregnancy leave with our first little one! As a goldsmith in Sweden, the working environment has been deemed too loud for baby ears after week 26, so I’ve been lucky to get to spend this free time immersing myself in Swedish studies and preparation for my Swedish driving license test…two things I’ve procrastinated for far too long since moving here from the US!"
"In one week my partner and I will be making a HUGE life change and move to the north of Sweden to a small town called Östersund. We’ve bought a house to be able to give our little boy more space and freedom than we could give him in our apartment in Stockholm. But this doesn’t mean I’ll be leaving the company, I’ll continue to make all your sparkly bonbons from Östersund when I return from mama-leave!"
What's up... Devon?
"Life has been crazy these days. Not only do I make beautiful jewelry for all of you, I am also in the middle of planning my wedding! I’m getting married to the love of my life July 29, and I am beyond excited for the day. My current favorite pieces are the Charlotte hoops!"
What's up... Matilda?
"The team and our brand is growing and it is so exciting to be on this journey! I love being a part of this amazing group of girls who all have the same passion for jewelry. This summer I can’t wait to spend some time with my friends and family in my hometown on the countryside. I am also attending my first (!) wedding this year and it will be so much fun. In August things are changing in the Stockholm Shop since I am moving to Barcelona for a couple of months to study Spanish. In December I will be back with a tan and some new inspiration, ready to help all of you fantastic customers!"
"My favourite pieces are my gold stacking rings that I always wear, Hlin #2, Malin and Wilma. If I were to choose any ring that we have in the shop right now it’s this super pretty Les Fleurs with an light olive sapphire, it is definitely my dream ring!"
