We have a unique collaboration with the best gemstone sourcing specialists in Sweden - Their focus is to source our gems directly from the regions of origin and they are regularly traveling and buying rough gemstones from areas where they have personal connections or knowledge of the local conditions. They work with carefully selected, family-run gemstone cutting workshops and are always happy to share with us where and how the mining and cutting happens. This is why we proudly can tell you the origin of almost every gemstone in our selection.

It's handmade just for you, so sizing can come later. We are looking forward to custom making your new piece of jewelry here in Stockholm. But if you are unsure of your size, we can fix that after we receive your order online.
I don't know my ring size? Don't worry, when you place your order online - choose the size ¨I need a ring sizer kit¨, which we will send out in a few days after your order. Measure the size at home and email us the right number. Once we hear back from you, we will begin making your ring.

Unique material! Many of our stones comes as one of a kind or in limited supply. So we recommend you place your order online asap to ensure availability.
International ring sizing can be confusing? If you get a size from your local jewelry shop that doesn't seem to align with our measurements, please translate from the guide below or leave a note with the size you got, we know them all.
What if my ring size turns out to be wrong? If the ring size turns out to be wrong, we can fix this for you. Please note in some cases we might charge a small fee for resizing your ring.

Each item is handmade to order. Our average production time is 3-6 weeks, including the time to ship to you.
We will ship your order when it is ready, using a tracked postal service. You will receive a dispatch notification from us to let you know it’s on its way to you.

The following information is for our customers living in countries that are not part of the European Union.
Your countrys tax costs will automatically be deducted from the total price in your shopping cart, then it is up to the transport company that is delivering your jewelry to work out how much you have to pay in customs duty, VAT and any other taxes. They will send you an invoice once the package is sent.
Always check your country's government website regarding rules and fees regarding importing goods so that you don’t get surprised by any customs fees.
My ring does not fit me, how can I get it resized? If your ring does not fit, you can return it to us and we will resize it for you free of charge. You will need to pay online for the cost of shipping, when we send it back to you. Please note in some cases we might charge a small fee for resizing your ring.
Can I refund my payment? You can receive a refund of your payment up to 14 days after you received the order. Gift cards, shipping and engraving costs can not be refunded.
My item is damaged? Each item is handcrafted and therefore unique. There may be slight imperfections that make up the personality of each piece. However, in the unlikely event your item has a production defect, we are here and ready to help you. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you feel that something is wrong with your item.
